🛑 The road to Watersprite trailhead is not passable. 
 
There was a penstock failure this morning, November 20th, at the Skookum Creek power facility causing significant road damage beginning at the cross ditch just past the Skookum powerhouse gate (approximately 13.5 km from Hwy 99, after leaving the main Mamquam FSR).
 
Awaiting a report on timelines for repairs.

This adds an additional 1 hour foot travel to the winter trailhead
